Status: Part-time (.25 FTE to start; 10 hours per week)

Effective Date: January 2026

Meros Description

The Meros Center is a joint venture between Kingdom Workers and Wisconsin Lutheran College. Meros exists to proclaim the full ministry of Jesus through faith-based community health research and training. We are a research and training community for Christian health ministry organizations, researchers, and students.

The Meros Center promises to be a community where relationships and research work together to create gospel-centered strategies that reflect the ministry of Jesus. We all have a part to play in showing God’s love, and each of us have been given gifts and abilities to act as the body of Christ in this world. This is Meros.

Researchers, church leaders, and organization leaders receive training to implement and evaluate gospel-centered community health strategies both locally and globally. In this vibrant hub of networking and discovery, believers work together to holistically transform communities. The Meros Center values differences in learning, abundance thinking, curiosity, hope-filled dignity, and transparency.

Summary of Role

The Training Coordinator of the Meros Center will assist with managing the curriculum, delivery, and systems necessary for Meros to be a world-class training center. The Training Coordinator will monitor and assist with tasks accomplished by global instructors, content development, student recruitment, and student support.

A successful Training Coordinator will actively support a diverse training platform accessible to global learners working in community health ministry, with high rates of completion and a growing alumni network. With support from the Project Director, the Training Coordinator will set annual goals and objectives as part of an overall strategic plan that aligns with cultivating a research and training community. The Training Coordinator will also help ensure Meros is accountable to its holistic research mission while ensuring the Great Commission remains the priority.
