The purpose of this role is to assist the Field Manager with managerial tasks, in particular, tasks which should be carried out by an individual permanently living in the country. Internally, the Assistant Field Manager provides administrative support and mentorship for staff and volunteers. Externally, the Assistant Field Manager contributes to building and maintaining a network of key ministry partners/relationships in the region. Secara eksternal, Asisten Manajer Lapangan berkontribusi dalam membangun dan memelihara jaringan mitra/relasi utama pelayanan di wilayah tersebut.

The Program Analyst will lead data analysis and data-driven recommendations at Kingdom Workers. A primary responsibility of this role is conducting monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) for all mission programs.

The responsibilities of this role include maintenance of human resources activities and programs and support of the operations department. This role will also be responsible for the Charitable Registrations process.
